Author Registration

Note: for an accepted paper to be presented and, following presentation, be included in the proceedings/IEEE Xplore at least one author must be registered.

Each paper must be covered by a full IEEE member, IEEE Education Society Member or Non-Member registration fee.

Student and IEEE Life Member Registration fees do not cover paper publication.

Accepted papers will be subject to the registration requirements of this conference.

All the submitted abstracts will be evaluated for presentation, in the form of digital poster or oral presentation.

Each full registration fee can cover up to one (1) paper. One (1) additional paper fee is able to be purchased. At least (1) author of an accepted paper MUST be fully registered for the conference by March 13, 2024.

Registration Fees

The prices named below are an approximation in EUR. The actual cost may change after conversion rate during completion of your registration process.

*If you are an Author from a Low-Income Country (as defined and identified with an asterisk by IEEE here), you are eligible for the above discount for full conference registrations.

Bank Transfers

TIf you need to register via bank transfer, please contact Brittany Woods, EDUCON 2024 Conference Manager.
Note: Payments made via bank transfer are non-refundable. Bank transfer payments will incur a $25 transaction fee.
 

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be received by April 8, 2024. No refunds will be issued after this date.
