The organizing committee has managed to get an exclusive package of special low group car rental rates for participants and committee members by Avance car rental (www.avance.gr) in Kos. The car rental office is inside the Kos airport under the name of "Avance" (08:00-21:00).
Reservations can be made by telephone (+30 22420-28406) or email (kos@avance.gr). The participants must mention that they are coming for the conference (IEEE Educon2024). The rental dates should include at least one (1) day during the conference.
- For the Participants of the Conference, the rental cost is €20/24 hours for category A. (Peugeot 108 or similar model), €25/24 hours for category C. (Nissan Micra or similar model) and 30€/24 hours for category D. (Dacia Sandero or similar model).
The above prices are final and include:
- Mixed Insurance with €819.00 exemption amount (including VAT), of which €150 should be pledged** by receiving the vehicle in cash or via card (Visa or Mastercard - DEBIT/CREDIT) for warranty reasons until the expiry of the rental agreement (there is a possibility of extra security so that there is no commitment exemption starting from €12.00 per day for A. Category).
